The Gallatin Airport Authority's (GAA) main Administration Office is relocating due to ongoing construction of the East Terminal Expansion Project (ETEP). Staff will begin transitioning out of the current office the week of
November 11, 2024. Once fully transitioned, all operations will be conducted from office space located next to the Enterprise rental car counter until further notice. Anyone seeking Airport Authority assistance is encouraged to follow airport signage and wayfinding.
Following the completion of ETEP, the GAA's Administration Office will permanently settle on a new third-floor location, significantly enhancing our workspace and services for both employees and our customers.
Effective December 1, 2024, our business hours will change to 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Airport badge holders will notice a slightly adjusted appointments schedule following the change.
In addition, the main office will be closed November 5, 2024 for Election Day and November 28 - 29, 2024 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
