Brochure Rack

Brochure Rack
Our brochure rack is the best way to provide your customers with transportable information. The brochure rack is located in the baggage claim area. Two adjacent slots may be rented (if available) for a magazine sized document. This is a minimum one year rental payable in advance.  A minimum thirty-day advance written notice of cancellation is required. Brochures are restocked by Airport staff as time allows. 
*Following terminal construction, a newly renovated and modernized information center will be revealed.

Wooden Terminal Signs

Wooden Terminal Sign
Our wooden terminal signs are our most popular option and are very much a form of art. These unique signboards are made of sandblasted wood with natural earth-tone colors to match the terminal and are located in the baggage claim and rental car lobbies. A colored proof of the proposed sign must be submitted to the Airport Director for approval prior to beginning construction of the sign. There is a minimum 90-day commitment and three month's rent payable in advance. A minimum 60-day advance written notice of cancellation is required.

Teleboard Signs

Teleboard
Our teleboard is located near baggage claim and has an accompanying pre-programmed telephone to call for a shuttle or ride. Teleboard advertisers must be registered through the Airport Authority as authorized ground transportation services prior to advertising. Advertisers must also have a shuttle available for passengers to use in order to qualify for teleboard advertising. There is a minimum 90-day commitment and three month's rent payable in advance. Only local telephone numbers or toll-free numbers will be used. Shuttle passes are $25.00 per month available through the airport office. In the case of taxi services, a fee of $1.50 per passenger must be paid to the airport.

Web Page Ads

Web Page Ad
The airport can host up to 50 of these advertisements on the Airport web page (www.bozemanairport.com). Each advertiser is allowed up to 5 of these spaces. There is a minimum 6 month commitment and payment must be made in advance, along with a one-time $25.00 non-refundable set up fee. Two versions of each ad, one for the desktop platform and one for the mobile platform, must be furnished in JPEG format to the Airport Authority for approval prior to publication. A link to the web page of your choosing must also be provided.

Display Cases

Display Case
Built in display cases are furnished by the Airport Authority. Free standing display cases are furnished by the advertiser and shall be placed in a location suitable to the Airport Authority. There is a minimum 90-day commitment and three months' rent is payable in advance.  A minimum thirty-day advance written notice of cancellation is required. Advertiser is responsible for furnishing the items in the display case and may check a key out from the airport office during business hours in order to change out the items.

Passenger Boarding Bridges

Passenger Boarding Bridge
Each boarding bridge can accommodate two exterior signs as well as two interior signs. Exterior signs must be of identical design and colors must complement the terminal building. Interior signs must be similar but are not required to be identical and must be printed on vinyl material that can be adhered directly to the wall surface. There is a minimum 12 month commitment and a two month deposit payable in advance. A minimum 60-day advance written notice of cancellation is required.
